Now showing occupied homes!

Exciting news to help buyers and sellers MOVE forward! We brokers now have permission to cautiously show occupied homes to up to 3 people from the same household at a time. Buyers must be pre-approved to buy and sign a special COVID form presented by their agent. Everyone wears masks and uses hand sanitizer. Sellers have their own COVID form to sign to minimize liability for all. We’re happy to make this safe and relatively easy for everyone. For now, sorry but no open houses.
